Updated WorldConfig.dat - No Carl and Added Locations for Duels
...
Removed Carl since Carl works only with the npc "Carl the Creeper" in the database. Added locations for the DUELS arena. (Use /newnpc to make the Gladiators npc, and for metadata, specify DUELS).
