Mineplex's custom spigot maven dependency: mvn install:install-file -Dfile=\path\to\Patches\craftbukkit.jar -DgroupId=com.mineplex -DartifactId=spigot -Dversion=1.0 -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true

After getting your bareboned server with the software in Patches/craftbukkit.jar and compiled Arcade or Hub (i dont know why you are even running this)
